This notice of intent is not request for competitive quotations. However, if any interested party believes they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a quotation. All responses received no later tha the closing date of this announcement will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
This is not a solicitation for competitive quotations, nor is a RFQ available. However, if any other interested party believes that it can meet the requirement it may submit a statement of capabilities.
