The 60th Contracting Squadron, Travis AFB, CA intends to award a sole source procurement with Varian Medical Systems, Inc., for the purchase of an additional Eclipse Rapid Arc Planning License for David Grant Medical Center, Travis AFB, CA 94535. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 541511 with a business size standard of $27.5 million. The proposed contract is for an additional RapidArc Planning License, which the Government intends to award under the Authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
