Provide range, logistical support, training, and facility use as outlined in the scope of work for USCG MSST Cape Cod located at 3159 Herbert Rd. Buzzards Bay, MA 02542, from 09/27/2018 through 09/27/2019.  All facilities and training conducted must be within 75 miles of unit and at one location to maximize training and minimize travel time.  MSST Cape Cod is required to conduct 40 range days per year with a minimum of 8/max of 15 attendees per day to initiate and maintain qualification required by the U.S. Coast Guard policy.
