The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant Work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Project, as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the City Engineer. This Public Works project will complete Installation of street improvements. The work may consist of, but is not limited to: The Rancho Vista Park project will create a neighborhood park at the lot located at Towne Center Drive, between 35th Street West and Bolz Ranch Road, adjacent to Los Angeles County Fire Station #136 and Esperanza Elementary School. PROJECT DESCRIPTION Rancho Vista Park, at approximately 3.37 acres, will include but not be limited to: a pre-fabricated restroom facility, covered/shaded inclusive playground, small parking lot, an accessible walking path with lighting, monument sign, picnic areas and shade trees, stone wall with school artwork incorporated, story time area, library exchange, drinking fountain, pet waste station, therapeutic wellness garden/meditation space, low retaining walls, and a trash enclosure.
