The work to be done under this contract consist of interior tenant alteration, demolish existing non-load bearing wall and converting the existing structure to a new youth center with removal and replacement of existing mechanical, plumbing and electrical; kitchen expansion; new façade exterior cement plaster; new free standing entry pergola; sitework and perimeter fencing per the construction documents.
