This procurement will be processed in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 16.503 - Requirements Contracts and FAR Subpart 13.5 - Test Program for Certain Commercial Items The solicitation number is SPMYM1-15-Q-0121 and the solicitation is expected to be posted on or around 09 September 2015 and close 16 September 2015.
