Notice of intent to award a sole source procurement under FAR Part 12.203 to BNSF Railway Company to procure and install Constant Warning and (2) Cantilevers with (2) stub gates at the existing crossing across Old Glory Road on F.E. Warren AFB, WY on BNSF owned right of way. The period of performance is 1 year from date of the award. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2), the Government will negotiate directly with BNSF Railway Company. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.320. A determination not to compete the requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers.
