Description/Scope
The United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM) is seeking sources that possess the availability and capability to provide rail tamper machines for the Military Ocean Terminal-Sunny Point (MOTSU) and the Military Ocean Terminal-Concord (MOTCO). The machines must be capable of packing (or tamping) the track ballast under railway tracks to make the tracks more durable. See attached for specifications required.
