This announcement constitutes public notice of intent to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order for purchasing (2) Rail Attached Flexible Tool (R.A.F.T) System, to include all hardware, connectors and accessories on a sole source basis from CountyComm, Inc., 1290 KIFER RD STE 307, SUNNYVALE, CA 94086. Through market research, it has determined that it is in the best interest of the government to procure this requirement directly from CountyComm, Inc. This requirement will be negotiated on an other than full and open competition basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-A(B)(1) AND far 6.302-1(B)(2). Interested persons may respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the government will consider all proposals received with (3) three business days after the date of this publication. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 333515 and has a size standard of 750 Employees. The Government does not intend to pay for any information received in response to this announcement.
