The proposed contract action is for software licenses under NAICS code 519190 (All Other Information Services) with a small business size standard of $7,000,000.00 for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Government intends to award the sole source contract to AMIRSYS Inc. for the procurement of RADPrimer Licenses for 27 Radiology Residents, an Academic Administrative Module, and a STATDx License for 39 Residents for a one-year period. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within 3 days after date of publication of this synopsis, or by Wednesday the 21st of Sep at 1300 Central Time, will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
