Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1), the contracting office, Naval Hospital Bremerton, Bremerton, WA intends to issue a sole source award to Medi-Physics in the amount of $32,000.00 for the period of 01OCT2018 through 30SEP2019 for radiopharmaceutical supplies and delivery.  See itemized list and statement of work attached.  This will be a base plus 2 year option contract. Quotes were obtained locally.  3 companies were identified as possibly meeting this requirement.  Western Isotopes was a previous contractor and their pharmaceutical division has since gone out of business.  Cardinal Health does not service any Navy facility.  Medi-physics is the only company that can meet the needs of Naval Hospital Bremerton. 

This notice is not a request for quotes and no solicitation will be issued.  Any firm that believes it can provide the stated service can provide supporting documents demonstrating their capability.  Responses received will be used for future acquisitions.  Information can be sent to [email protected] or [email protected].  No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted.  This procedure will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
