Description
This is a notice of intent to award a non-competitive purchase order to Radiant Logic Inc., 75 Rowland Way, Suite 300, Novato, CA 94945 for Annual Maintenance and Premium Support. NIH/CIT Identity and Access Management (IAM) infrastructure current utilizes Radiant services for continuity and compatibility.
This requirement will be awarded to Wolfram Research, Inc. based upon the authority at Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 6.302-1(a)(2), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This requirement is being awarded by the National Library of Medicine (NLM) for the Center for Information Technology (CIT), NIH.
CIT IAM Services is responsible for delivering the functional capabilities for digital identity, credential, and access management services at NIH. CIT acquired Radiant Logic licenses in 2016 as a part of consolidating people identities across various databases. This is currently in production serving the need for Office 365 requirements. This software is currently integrated with NIH Enterprise Directory (NED), Active Directory and HHS Border Directory. As a road map, we are working various IC's to integrate into the solution. The contractor shall provide software maintenance to provide bug fixes, security patches, and entitles NIH to 24x7 technical support in the event of any issues with Radiant One Components. The contractor shall provide annual maintenance and support for the VDS Context Edition (production) Tier 1 server service.
Radiant Logic is the developer and exclusive provider of the Radiant Maintenance and Support services and currently in use by NIH. The proprietary solution, developed exclusively by Radiant Logic is the only company authorized to sell, host, or provide technical support for the requirement.
Sources having the ability to provide a software product(s) and maintenance that include all the functionalities described above shall provide clear and comprehensive information that supports their commercial software product and maintenance support.
