NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to L-1 Standards and Technology Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). The radiometers must be compatible with the existing L-1 equipment that have been integrated into the calibration GSE system hardware and software currently in use.
