The buying office received the following question to RFP CL14-LH4070.

Question 1: Are any more details available on what this racetrack rental is  
                 need for?

Answer 1: The government will use the facility this solicitation seeks as a test 
               site for the operation motor vehicles in a controlled and limited
               access environment for the purpose of assessing the effectiveness
               of vehicle arresting systems.
