The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract to provide race management services for the annual half marathon (13.1 miles) and Race Exposition event known as the Dismal Swamp Stomp. The event is held annually in the Spring, at Dismal Swamp Canal Trail located in the City of Chesapeake, Virginia as specified in this RFP. Responses should be consistent with the terms and conditions contained herein.
