This Request for Information will assist the Government in determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All interested parties who believe they can meet the requirement are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the items as described above. Firms must provide the following information:

Vendor's name, address, point of contact, phone number, and email address;

Vendor's business size status (small or large business);

A detailed description of vendor's ability to provide the supply as described above; including shipping method and timeframe. Note: Detailed description must include salient characteristics.
