The Great Lakes Acquisition Center (GLAC) in Milwaukee, WI is searching for vendors with the capability to provide on-site Sensitive Document Destruction services priced per pound at the Clement J Zablocki Milwaukee VA Medical Center, 5000 West National Avenue, Milwaukee WI and its associated Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) in Cleveland, Appleton, and Green Bay, WI. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, apparatus, materials, equipment, and supplies, necessary or incidental, to provide collection and destruction of sensitive documents for on-site destruction at Zablocki and each CBOC as outlined herein. This service shall require the contractor to furnish locked containers for collection of documents for destruction. Containers will be collected by the contractor, who will then destroy documents on-site and provide a certificate of destruction. All interested, responsible sources must submit a brief summary of their capabilities to this office by 1:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday March 24, 2020 to include detailed description of the firm s experience in providing this service, the ability to provide per pound pricing, DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed.
