SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT ProQuest Database Subscriptions 36C77622Q0489 The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), VA Central Office (VACO) Library requires a subscription to ProQuest for electronic access to the following specific databases: Research Library and US Newsstream. These databases are used to answer research-related questions received by VACO library staff and are also available to VACO employees who want to do their own research. ProQuest LLC shall provide The web-based version of the ProQuest Research Library and US Newsstream This procurement is being conducted in accordance with 41 USC §3304(a)(5), 38 U.S. Code § 8128, as implemented by FAR 6.302-5 (Authorized or Required by Statute).
