COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 in conjunction with Part 13 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), and the solicitation number is 36C10X21Q0219. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2021-06, effective July 12, 2021, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). This Solicitation is being conducted as a tiered evaluation, competed as a 100% UNRESTRICTED. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 611430 Professional and Management Development Training. The size standard is $12 Million. All interested companies shall provide quotations for the following services: See Attachment A, Statement of Objectives (SOO). The result of this solicitation will be a single award, firm-fixed price, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The anticipated Period of Performance will be 60 months from the date of award. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449.
