The Veterans Benefits Administration Central Office (VBACO), Office of Mission Support, Acquisition Division, Washington, DC, is conducting market research to determine the existence of licensed SDVOSB real estate brokers who can provide lease acquisition services for the Veterans Benefits Administration Central Office (VBACO) in accordance with the following: STANDARD BROKER SERVICES: Product or Service Code: R402 NAICS Code: 531210 OFFICES OF REAL ESTATE AGENTS AND BROKERS SIC code: 653101 LOCATION OF PROPOSED LEASE: Saipan, MP 96950, Mariana Islands. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible for submission of a future proposal, the Broker must: · Have a current Broker license and be eligible to provide services in Saipan, MP; Any interested and qualified Offerors are requested to provide a brief statement of interest and capabilities statement in an email and/or letter of interest to Kolin A.
