This contract requires janitorial services and related work in compliance with its terms,  specifications, and provisions.  Services include furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, transportation, cleaning supplies (except for Government furnished property) and incidentals to perform work.

This work is being solicited as a performance based service contract.  Performance based means the Contractor is responsible for an end product.  If an end product is not provided in compliance with the contract specifications, an adjustment to the payment will be made.
 
Buildings covered by this solicitation are located at the Grangeville Air Center, of the Nez Perce National Forest.  The Grangeville Air Center is located at 111 Airport Road on the Idaho County Airport in Grangeville, Idaho.  It is located across the street from the Nez Perce National Forest Supervisor's Office.
