The work contemplated includes furnishing of heavy equipment services on a fully operated, call when needed (CWN) basis. Projects include but are not limited to: minor emergency road maintenance, flood related repair work, slide removal, slump repair, drainage maintenance, surface repair, and hauling of equipment and materials as required to meet forest management objectives. Projects considered to be construction subject to Davis Bacon requirements will not be authorized under this CWN service contract. Intent of the Government is to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) arrangements and orders will be issued for specific location, work, and performance period, as needed. Effective period expected to be May 2012 through April 2013.

The solicitation is expected to be available through the FBO website on about April 10, 2012.
