The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with Wiley Subscription Services, Inc. 111 River Streek Hoboken, NJ 07030; to provide the Wiley eBook Collection. These products include online full text journals, e-books, of the Wiley eBook Collection. The Wiley eBooks are an established commercial product, and is used extensively by VA librarians, clinicians, researchers, and educators. The NAICS code for this procurement is 519130 and the Small Business Administration Size Standard is 1000 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
