The NRC intends to award a fixed price type contract. The proposed effort will require the contractor to provide visa and passport services, including door-to-door courier service, for the Office of the Chief Financial Officer at 11545 Rockville Pike, Rockville, Maryland. Services include the pick up of passport/visa applications at the lobby of 11545 Rockville Pike, delivery of passports or visas to the appropriate embassy or passport office, and then return delivery back to 11545 Rockville Pike. Service is also to include the checking of applications for omissions or errors, expedited service for last minute requirements, and the providing NRC with up to date entry requirements for countries being traveled to including up to date visa application forms. The period of performance will cover one year and four one-year option years. This procurement is set-aside for small businesses. The small business size standard for this procurement is 1,500 employees as set forth under NAICS Code 492110.
