PERFORMANCE DECISION: This notice is published in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. The purpose of this notice is to announce the Performance Decision resulting from the streamlined competition conducted by USCIS for Language Services in the NYC area. The start date for this streamlined competition was announced in the FBO on March 6, 2006. An MEO was formed and an Agency Tender was submitted. The competition resulted in the Agency Provider being the low cost provider. Therefore, a Letter of Obligation will be executed for performance of the work that was the subject of the competition. No solicitation or contract will be issued for this work.
