NA The Wiesbaden Contracting Center is looking for sources for the below described services to be performed by a contractor: If and when solicited the services shall start in 2003. Solicitation will be a Commercial Item (CI), Performance-Based Service Contr acting (PBSA) project. Services: Contractor to transition approx. 6000 active and reserve soldiers annually out of the Active Army from United States Army, Europe. The contractor shall conduct uninterrupted Daily Transition Center (TC) operations at 1 Italian and 15 German site s on Army installations. Work is military personnel specific and performed under the guidance and oversight of an appropriate USAREUR Government / Military official. The Government provides the facilities, utilities, communications and furniture. Contrac tor will assume existing automation and office equipment. The contractor performs all tasks specified in the governing Army and USAREUR regulations and policy directives, to the established standards, in order to complete the transition processing functio n. The contractor provides transition, pre-retirement and Career Status Bonus/REDUX counseling and services. Employees must have demonstrable previous experience working in this military personnel management arena.
