The 379 ECONS, Al Udeid AB, Qatar is establishing a contract for Translator Services on AUAB. Vendors who can provide the services specified in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) are encouraged to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms of the solicitation. This solicitation will not entertain only partial service. Proposals will be evaluated equally on Past Performance/Technical Ability/Price as a tradeoff. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on 28 AUG 2007.
