This is a sources sought notice. The purpose of this announcement is to identify laboratories that have the capability to transfer and qualify an extisting Protein G ELISA. The Department of Defense (DoD), through the Chemical Biological Medical Sy stems (CBMS) Joint Vaccine Acquisition Program (JVAP) is seeking contractors capable of transferring an existing Protein G ELISA assay, qualifying that assay, and using that assay to assess antibody titer in human serum samples. The assay will evaluate th e human response to two different antigens. It is expected that 150-300 samples will be tested using the qualified assay. Testing shall be conducted using Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). The serum samples will be provided by the Government. This is no t a request for competitive proposals, however, parties interested in responding must furnish, in writing, a 1-2 pages synopsis of their capabilities and related past performance.
