Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation L11PS00734 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with an issue date of August 1, 2012, and a closing date of August 20, 2012. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38. This is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 541360 with a small business standard of $4.5 and an associated product service code of R702. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Taos Field Office is soliciting for quotations on a competitive basis from qualified organizations to enter into a fixed price contract to verify on the ground existing roads and trails, hereafter referred to as "route(s)" or "linear pathways," within the Taos Field Office (TAFO); and to create a database and GIS layer of these routes.
