The purpose of this modification is on Page 6 of the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation under Section G - Contract Administration Data G.10 Contractor Invoices - 2. is hereby changed to read "This is a labor hours contract, with a ceiling from $25,000.00 to $45,000.00. The Contractor shall invoice for hours worked on a bi-weekly basis. Hours worked are not to exceed 45 hours per week, without prior approval in writing from the cognizant USTDA Project Officer."
