The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S. EPA), Office of Air and Radiation (OAR), Climate Protection Partnerships Division (CPPD) intends to award a sole source fixed-price Purchase Order using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and FAR Part 6.302-1 to the Center for Resource Solutions of San Francisco, CA.. The purpose of this acquisition is to support the annual National Renewable Energy Marketing Conference (held in October 2007). The conference allows the EPA a unique opportunity to coordinate with the largest assembly of volunteer green power market industry players and key external audiences. Additionally, the Green Power Leadership Awards are held in conjunction with the conference. This conference is a key component of the Green Power Partnership's efforts to transform the market for renewable energy and reduce the greenhouse gas intensity of the power sector.
