Notice is given of GSA's intent to enter into a sole source licensing agreement with Auto Auction Services Corporation (AASC). AASC is the owner of the web-based software program 'AutoIMS' and GSA Fleet will be obtaining licenses for individuals to monitor marshalled and sale vehicles through this web based program. This is a sole source procurement and GSA Fleet intends to obtain the licenses in order to be able to monitor the GSA Fleet vehicles at Auction Houses throughout the United States. The estimated dollar value of this procurement is between $6,000 to $6,500.
