The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, intends to place an order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-00-G-0344 for nonrecurring engineering efforts required to perform the following six tasks in support of the Egyptian Air Force SH-2G(E) helicopter: (1) replace the interior lighting power supplies with a more reliable power supply; (2) modify and test the K884087-303 Generator; (3) design and manufacture new KA84034-001 mission equipment rack support assemblies; (4) incorporate specific LN-66 Radar Intermediate Level testing and troubleshooting data to allow for greater system availability; (5) create A1-H2GAE series of weapons systems loading technical manuals; and (6) transfer three (3) Egyptian- owned SH-2F aircraft hulks to Bloomfield, CT. The period of performance for the Delivery Order is expected to last not more than 130 days after receipt of order, estimated value is $550K.
