Senior Family Advocacy Program Specialist shall provide prevention and education services to various groups in the USAG Baumholder military community. In addition, the Senior Family Advocacy Program Specialist (hereafter referred to as the contractor) will coordinate and provide educational for Soldiers, Family members, community groups and professional groups. Coordinating support groups, creating a parenting education program for Families at risk of child abuse, prevention services for expecting parents, conducting playgroups for parents of young children (ages 0-5), and publicizing these activities are all tasks of the contractor. In addition, the contractor will successfully complete sexual assault response/victim advocacy trainings and serve as the on-call responder.
