THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS! The required service is to provide two guest speakers, a program design and master copies of all program material for a two-day SEEOS program for the U.S Army. This service will be performed at Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Period of performance is 24 Jul 2003 – 24 July 2003. The Government intends to award on a sole source basis to The Ivy Faculty Consortium (TIFC). TIFC is the only source capable of fulfilling the government’s requirement based on extensive market research and since attempting to contract with other similar suppliers would required at least several months effort in establishing contacts and evaluating their capabilities. Solicitation No. F08650-03-T-0201 is issued for informational purposes only. It is advertised with a Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of 8999, business size of $6.0M and a North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 71150. Sources who feel they are capable of performing this effort will have to provide evidence of technical capability. Once technical capability is established by the end user, the source may submit a proposal which will be considered by the agency.
