ACA Northern Region, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Lewis, Washington is soliciting proposals for a contractor to provide Detainee Role Players (DRP), Civilians on the Battlefield (COB), Opposing Forces (OPFOR), and Arabic Speaking Role Players (AS RP) to support the United States Army Reserve (USAR), Army Reserve National Guard (ARNG), and Fort Lewis Active Duty Components conducting post-mobilization training at Fort Lewis, Washington. The contractor shall plan, program, administer, manage, and ex ecute the work necessary to provide the required personnel, management, and other items and services not expressly Government-furnished. The solicitation will result in the award to a single contractor of a firm-fixed-price contract. The anticipated peri od of performance is from 11 January 2007 to 17 February 2007. This procurement is 100% set-aside for service disable veteran owned small business. The Request for Proposal (RFP) number is W911S8-07-R-0005. The applicable NAICS code is 561320 and the sm all business size standard is $ 12.5m. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be honored.
