This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is RFQ-DC-16-00199 and is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for three solicitations, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items.
