NAICS Code: 493110 THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN QUOTATION WILL BE ISSUED. The quotation number is RFQ-RT-02-00112 and is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The quotation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-26. This requirement is for a record storage service for EPA records. The service shall include pickup, storage, retrieval and shipping of EPA records. This requirement will be a firm fixed price purchase order. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) No. 493110 applies with a size standard of $18.5 million. This quotation is issued as a small business set-aside. The anticipated period of performance will start on February 1, 2002 thru September 30, 2004 inclusive of options. The following FAR provisions apply to the quotation: 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items; 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items; 52.212-4 Contract terms and conditions--Commercial Items and 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items. Firms are encouraged to access the quotation, provisions, and amendments via Internet. If you will be obtaining a copy of the quotation via Internet, it will be your responsibility to frequently check the same site where the quotation is posted for any amendments.
