The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) is seeking an individual or firm to provide a Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product that meets our Equal Employment Opportunity Case Management System and Affirmative Employment Program (AEP) requirements. The Case Management System (CMS) must meet the following requirements: (1) Trace and manage the flow of EEO claims through the EEOC process. (2) The AEP component must have the capability to provide Civilian Labor Force statistical comparisons with the EEOC Labor Force data at the national and local level. (3) EEOC will only consider COTS products that are in operational use by a Federal Equal Employment Opportunity Office(s) as of September 30, 2002.
