The Library of Congress intends to negotiate a sole source contract with OCLC to continue to provide Library Bibliographic Utility Services for the FEDLINK Program. All services basically provide for interactive, contributory use of computer file systems in support of library functions. Users interact with the utility's system to conduct library operations such as cataloging, interlibrary loan, acquisitions, serials control, union listing, and reference functions. Written responses to this notice should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability and must be received in this office within thirty (30) calendar days of this notice. NO SOLICITATION DOCUMENT SHALL BE ISSUED. No award will be based on any offer or proposal received in response to this notice.
