The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), has a requirement for psychological intervention services. The offeror must be able to conduct standardized psychological testing and evaluation of every individual recommended for attendance at the ICE Undercover Operatives School as well as provide psychological health assessments and suitability evaluations of active undercover operatives identified by the ICE, Undercover Operations Unit. This requirement is Full and Open competition and is being conducted using the test program at FAR 13.5. The applicable North American Industry Classification System Code is 624190. The award will be made to the offeror, who provides the best overall value to the Government.
