The Tomah VAMC requires the services of a commercial recruiting firm to conduct a contingency search for the purpose of referral of up to two (2) board certified/board eligible Psychiatrists: one Staff Psychiatrist and one Clinical Lead Psychiatrist - Clinical Director Mental Health for employment at the Tomah VAMC. This contract augments the VA's established ongoing recruitment processes. Contractor will provide all labor and supervision to refer candidates to the Tomah VAMC in accordance with the pricing, specifications, terms and conditions listed herein. The period of performance shall be from the date of award until the awarded position(s) is filled by either the contractor or VA; or, a one-year period has passed, whichever is earlier. This procurement is unrestricted. All offerors who can meet this need are encourage to respond. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 561311 for small businesses is $6.5 million.
