FCC Victorville intends to award a non-personal Service Contract for one Protestant Spiritual Leader for the Life Connections Program. The Contractor will provide religious instruction based on the their own expertise as it relates to core curriculum materials. The Contractor will work closely with the Chaplain Program Manager and other program staff to assist in the developement of the program and to guage the progress of individual participants. The Faith Based Release Based Program is a multi faith program, so altough the instrution will follow the tenats of Protestant doctrine, the contractor may work with participants who follow other faiths. Duties will be performed at Federal Correctional Institution Victorville. The solicitation will be available on or after January 31, 2003 and will be soley distributed throudh General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities web site http:/www.fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies will not be available. This site provides for downloading instruction.
