The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is seeking to obtain services of a contractor to process the 2004 EEO-5 Survey. The EEO-5 survey is used to collect data from all public elementary and secondary school district with 100 or more employees. The contractor should be able to provide services in accordance to the statement of work in the RFQ. The RFQ and the Appendixes are being posted on the FedBizOpps website for interested firms. Telephone and e-mail request for the RFQ are not necessary. Interested firms must monitor FedBizOpps for any information such as amendments pertaining to the RFQ.
