The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation proposes to extend the period of performance under Contract No. PBGC01-CT-03-0652 with Integrated Management Resources Group. Under this contract, Integrated Management Resources Group performs auditing services to include: (1) Plan Asset Audit (2) Pension Plan Audits, (3) Source Documents Audits, (4) Participant Data Audits, and (5) Standard Termination Audits. An extension to the contract for three additional months is necessary to complete the follow on procurement activities. The extension will allow for a continuity of services. The solicitation for the follow on auditing contract is being conducted under Solicitation No. PBGC01-RP-07-0023. See Note 22.
