The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC San Diego) has a requirement for patent prosecution services. These services will respond to United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) office actions and copyright assignments. SSC San Diego intends to award a multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a time and material pricing arrangement. The estimated period of performance is from date of award through one year thereafter with four (4) one year options. This procurement will be conducted as a full and open competition under, NAICS Code 541110 with a size standard of $6,500,000. FOB Destination: Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center San Diego, 92152. Inspection and Acceptance at Destination. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued by 1/28/08. The closing date of the solicitation will be 2/14/08, unless specified otherwise in the solicitation. This requirement will be procured under FAR Part 12 commercial acquisition procedures. The request for quotes will be posted on the SPAWAR E- Commerce Central Website. The Government will not provide hard copy versions of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments.
