The intent of the study is to determine the most efficient method of providing Retail Supply functions at the Naval Base Ventura County NBVC California in accordance with the Performance Work Statement PWS and related technical attachments, which will be available with the solicitation N00244-04-R-A001 at the Federal Business Opportunities website identified below.
