NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A FIRM FIXED PRICE SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT- National Guard Bureau, United States Property and Fiscal Office for Oregon (USPFO for Oregon), intends to solicit and award a sole source contract to Lamar Advertising Company, 2200 NW Savier Street, Portland, OR 97210, for the purchase an advertising package with Portland Tri-Met (busses, trains and shelters). Lamar Advertising Company is the sole provider and direct affiliate of advertisement services for Portland Tri-Met. No other company but Lamar Advertising Company, Inc. provides access to this venue of advertising.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 541810 and the Small Business size standard is $14 million based on the U.S. Small Business Administration, Table of Small Business Size Standards. This sole source requirement meets the conditions of FAR 6.302-1; Only One Responsible Source Has Been Identified As Reasonably Available To Provide The Supplies That Will Satisfy The Agency Requirements. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids, quotes, or proposals.

The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
