NA Wiesbaden Contracting Center intends to award a firm fixed price contract for non-personal services involving linguist support – interpreter and translator services in/around the Balkan Peninsula. The linguists will be comprised of local nationals (local to the geographic area in the Balkans, countries such as former Yugoslavia, Albania, Romania, Bulgaria, Germany, Italy, Greece, and Hungary, and limited positions within the continental United States. Languages required, though not all inclusive are: Alba nian, Arabic, Bulgarian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Italian, Macedonian, Serbo-Croation, Romanian, Russian and associated dialects. The contract is anticipated to be for one basic year with four option years. Solicitation will be issued on or around 30 May 02.
