Contractor to develop process, document process train staff, and assist with conversion of mylar and ink Idaho federal land Master Title Plats (MTP) to vector digital GIS format. Goal is to convert historic MTP data by integrating with the National Integrated Lands System data model and software (still under development), Historic Indices, Geographic Coordinate Database and analog MTPs. High level quality control and assurance must be a part of the developed process. Secondary (not critical) goal is to develop a process that will make current process camera and aperture card equipment obsolete. The work will be performed at the BLM, Idaho State Office in the department of Engineering and Geographic Sciences. This solicitation is set aside for small business concerns.
